Holding On

“Holding On” is the emotional centrepiece of the reimagined “The Modern Seasons” and the EP’s focus track. Originally written in lightcraft’s early years with the melodic, widescreen sensibilities of Snow Patrol and Coldplay in mind, the original version reached No. 4 on Fly FM’s Campur Chart in 2007. And now, 20 years later, it has been completely transformed.

At its heart, “Holding On” is a song about belief, trust and confidence in yourself and another person. The new production amplifies that emotional tension, building from an intimate foundation into a soaring, immersive electronic soundscape.
