Last Time I Saw Him (我最后一次见到他)

This was written after 3 dates with this guy I met from a dating app. Each verse talks about the journey of a short lived relationship and the acceptance that happens when it doesn't work out.

The last time I saw him,
Middle of town,
After the noise of the 6pm sound,
He goes to school by the old colonial building,
And I’m reading books about the world and the living

We talked our way high,
Just to come back down,
