“真正被加工的是普世审美观，请用自己最喜欢的样子活著！”

从有意识，一直到开始创作，杨士弘就时常被冠上“怪”这个字，但他从不因此失望或放弃，反而转化为武器，你们觉得我怪，我就怪到让你们爱上我！就像他的座右铭：“为什么要做一个讨人喜欢的人，而不是做一个被自己喜欢的人？”

因此杨士弘想像自己是一位整形成瘾的角色，创作出这首＜Plastic Baby＞。看似讽刺整形文化与悲叹著角色中的自己，但透过舞台剧式的唱法、情绪高低转换，字里行间的挣扎中，可以发现真正讽刺的是这个被加工过的普世审美观。
