因为电影《暴力年代 A Most Violent Year》中男主角亚贝的一段话“When it feels scary to jump, that is exactly when you jump”促使NIO写下这首歌，当年希望以这首歌给自己一个激励，多年后再度面对这首歌，虽有些赤裸但却也正面的让再度感受到当年的那份动力，提醒著，只要放手努力过，一切便无愧于己。

以跳跃为主题，用坚定的节奏与温柔旋律交错堆叠，传递出鼓舞别人与自我鼓励的能量。这首歌是全专辑中唯一使用真鼓与贝斯的编曲，节奏力道十足，象征突破。这首歌鼓励大家跨出舒适圈，找寻自己、追寻自由，也同时是NIO的自我疗愈提醒自己不再被框架限制，想做就去做吧。
