阳明心学

有些路，不问出口，心已知道方向。
《阳明心学》不是答案，是一盏路灯，
在混乱里，循光而行，
“道”便在脚下。

王阳明说：“知行合一”、“致良知”，其实讲的不是古人的道理，而是每天都会遇到的选择。我知道什么是对的，但我做到了吗？
当我们在意别人的评价、被焦虑推著走时，很容易背离内心。但《阳明心学》要我们回到内在，把“良知”当作导航，别问世界对不对，问自己问心无愧没有。知，就是那个直觉；行，就是你每天真实的反应。

张开眼睛当下，就是修行，
从现在起每一个选择开始，
这世界苦、乐、受，就是我们的道场。
