There’s something about the morning air
In the street that leads to nowhere
That makes me think of you
In a way, I can’t explain
Like a melody, stuck in my brain
Travel with me everywhere
When I’m sipping a coffee at three
When the sun goes up and I couldn’t sleep
When I’m laughing about something funny
When I look around and you are not here
Taking a slow train, to a new place
but all I can think about is you
Filling up my time so I can get you off my mind
its been so long since I sleep alone
The alien music comes from all over the place
Disappearing into the peaceful town
And I’m humming a song that no one knows of
Realizing where all the habits come from
