到学校时，发现桌上满是涂鸦与垃圾时是什么感想？走在走廊时偶尔还会被球砸中...

过去有那么一段时间，
我学习讨好、学习配合、学习著忍耐，
却唯独忘了自己，
这首歌写给那些受霸凌所困的小朋友，
也写给那个年少的自己。

又假装今天不痛 再撑一下
害怕明天醒来 又成别人的笑话
那些背后的声音 只敢偷偷称霸
暗处最吵的 都怕被阳光放大
也曾对自己失望 到不说话
愧疚让家人的泪 为我落下
但我发誓会成长 让自己穿上盔甲
当我再次睁眼 让那恐惧倒下
